On August 26, 2024, Kristine Burrows, Senior Specialist on Aging, Colorado Department of Human Services presented her work on the Multisector Plan on Aging for Colorado. Members of the community can become involved in the plans development, adoption, and implementation. This is an important presentation as the plan will be the guiding document on aging policy for the State of Colorado.
The Advocacy Committee Meeting also covered upcoming Candidate Forums on Aging and 20th Rocky Mountain Geriatrics Conference and Community Research Symposium.
