The Homeownership Assistance Fund (HAF) through HR1319: American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) is providing Colorado $175,080,858 to address homeownership needs throughout our state. Colorado Division of Housing (DOH) is developing the plan to administer the HAF funds, and we need your help. A public hearing will be held to hear from eligible homeowners and organizations assisting homeowners across the state about how these funds should be prioritized. Meeting information is below.

Root Policy is assisting DOH with developing a program that is responsive to the needs of homeowners most in need of housing financial assistance due to challenges encountered during the COVID-19 pandemic.
