East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Station Design Workshop

Colfax Avenue, one of the area’s most historic streets, is a key east-west transportation route and the backbone of a thriving and diverse community. With significant population and business growth expected in the coming years, now is the time to reimagine the Colfax experience with a focus on moving more people, more efficiently and more safely along the corridor.

When complete, East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) will include center-running BRT service with dedicated bus lanes and enhanced stations throughout the East Colfax corridor in Denver.

As part of the public engagement process, Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is hosting a series of station design workshops for the public in early November aimed at gathering input from transit riders and other key stakeholders with unique perspectives and lived experiences. One of the three scheduled workshops is focused on the aging community.

The Station Design Workshop for the Aging Community will be held on November 9, 2021 from 1:00PM – 2:30PM and will be held as a virtual event via Zoom.
