Resource from Colorado State Demography Office – CCOA recently asked the state Demography office to identify the housing trends and needs of older adult in the coming decade and where that growth is likely to be located. Please see the attached memo from the office outlining the extent and location of the projected growth in the older adult population. A few key stats; more than half of all the growth in households will be older adults 65+ and 85% will be along the Front Range. Information shared by Richard McClintock.
