2022 LCOA State of the State: Direct Care Workforce in Colorado

You are invited to the Legislative Caucus on Aging (LCOA) – State of the State: Direct Care Workforce event being held on January 27th, 12 noon to 1:15 pm (virtual).
This event will focus on the shortages of direct care workers today and the efforts to increase this workforce now and in the future. Come hear about the 2021 recommendations of the Strategic Action Planning Group on Aging (SAPGA) and the Direct Care Workforce Collaborative (DCWC), as well as the legislative requests that are planned for the 2022 legislative session.
There will be time set aside for questions from the audience. Partners in hosting this meeting include the DCWC, Alzheimer’s Association of Colorado, Colorado Center on Aging, and Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition (CCDC). You can register here or use the link in the attached flyer. See you there!
