Colorado Center for Aging Presenting to Senate Health and Human Services Committee

Chairperson Senator Rhonda Fields has requested that CCA Advocacy Committee directors, Rich Mauro and Jeanette Hensley give a short presentation (15 minutes) in-person to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee on Colorado Center for Aging (CCA).
The committee wants a highlight of the organization’s priorities. The presentation will be an overview of CCA – it’s history, mission, name change, and the importance of advocacy for older adults. Jeanette will be talking about the CCA Capitol Gang and the growing interest in volunteer advocacy with CCA. The presentation is scheduled for 1:30PM Monday, January 31, 2022.
