The Homeownership Assistance Fund (HAF) through HR1319: American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) is providing Colorado $175,080,858 to address homeownership needs throughout our state. Colorado Division of Housing (DOH) is developing the plan to administer the HAF funds, and we need your help. Two community meetings (June 30th and July 1st)  and a public hearing (August 4th) will be held to hear from eligible homeowners and organizations assisting homeowners across the state about how these funds should be prioritized. The meetings will be facilitated by Root Policy Research, a community planning and housing research firm based in Denver, CO. Root Policy is assisting DOH with developing a program that is responsive to the needs of homeowners most in need of housing financial assistance due to challenges encountered during the COVID-19 pandemic.
